Product Engineer (Customer-Facing)
About the role
Merlin AI is hiring a Product Engineer who directly owns customer onboarding, implementation, and success across the product and stack—with end-to-end ownership of customer outcomes and revenue realization.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding and implementation journey for new customers
- Map messy real-world workflows to product modules and clean software logic
- Configure and customize Merlin AI to customer-specific needs
- Prioritize and ship features that unblock go-live and maximize impact
- Lead training sessions and support users throughout the adoption curve
- Translate field insights into high-leverage product roadmap decisions
- Debug issues, unblock problems, and ship code across the stack
- Track usage, adoption, and tie your success to revenue realization
- Publish and drive your own product roadmap quarterly
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, clear and confident communicator
- Strong coder who can ship clean, fast production code (full-stack preferred)
- Product-minded—you can anticipate user needs
- Self-managing—you set your own goals

- High bias for action—able to unblock yourself and escalate smartly
