About the role

Open Source CRM role at Twenty, a YC-backed open-source CRM project. 6-month internship located in Paris (on-site or hybrid).

UI/UX Design: Create user interfaces for new features; Design intuitive workflows and interactions; Contribute to improving existing features
Design System: Keep design elements consistent across the product; Collaborate with designers and devs to maintain a polished look and feel
Project management: Coordinate with developers, track progress, remove roadblocks; Communicate updates so the whole team stays on the same page; Create clear design specifications for implementation

Design Sensibility: Good understanding of UI/UX principles with eagerness to learn and grow
Figma Master: Figma has no secret for you
Tech Lover: Curious about how software is built; keen to learn basic coding; loves productivity tools (Raycast, Notion…)
Strong English Skills: We communicate with an international community
