About the role
Support role for assisting users with website and app building using Blink platform, providing guidance and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Help users with questions, bugs, and issues while building websites or apps using Blink.
- Act as a trusted advisor to each builder, helping them advance in their entrepreneurial journey.
Qualifications
- Experience developing websites, web apps, mobile apps.
- Basic understanding of React / React Native.
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Power user of ChatGPT / Claude and can write great prompts.
- Understand basic frontend / backend / database / authentication / hosting concepts.
