About the role
Build and maintain scalable backend systems for fractional real estate investing platform, collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end design and implementation of product requirements including task break-down, delivery, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Consistently generate simple and elegant designs, and write high-quality code that can be easily understood and leveraged by others.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn feature/specs into working solutions.
- Influence the features and direction of the platform with own ideas and proactive process improvements.
- Help shape our systems and culture.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of engineering experience, ideally in a venture-backed startup environment.
- Prior experience building, launching, and maintaining products at scale, both frontend and backend.
- Strong understanding of Typescript, GraphQL, and Postgres.
