Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team working on technical design and architecture.
- Convert requirements into technical specifications and designs.
- Develop and research new technologies.
- Work closely with the CEO to establish the technological vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with sales, account management, operations, and finance leaders to enhance user experience.
- Develop work plans, document projects, and facilitate training on technologies.
- Perform management and leadership tasks (roughly 20%).
- Apply technical skills in software development and system integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar tech leadership positions.
- Excellent and verifiable work history.
- Strong team leadership and confidence-building skills.
- Analytical skills and good attitude.
- Ability to learn independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
- Well-organized with entrepreneurial spirit and timeliness.
