About the role
AI recruiter role focused on outbound sourcing campaigns to find top talent, reporting to CPO/COO with ownership of problem statements across product, data, sales, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Direct collaboration with CPO or COO on top-priority projects.
- Balance of responsibilities: 10% coding, 20% product, 10% data analysis, 20% sales, 40% operations and 100% ownership of assigned problem statements.
Qualifications
- Good at coding
- Hands-on leader with entrepreneurial drive (keen to start a non-tech founder path)
- Experience level: Any (new grads ok)
