About the role
Full-stack software engineer role at Wifi Dabba, a YC-backed decentralised broadband startup in Bengaluru, focusing on building end-to-end full-stack solutions including backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and Web3 integrations (Solana or other blockchains).
Responsibilities
- Strong engineering background with CS emphasis
- Architecting, developing, and testing full-stack code end-to-end
- Working with relational & NoSQL databases
- Experience with AWS services
- Working with PHP, unit/feature testing, and REST APIs
- Knowledge of Laravel is a nice-to-have
- Frontend technology familiarity (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery) and at least one frontend framework/library (Angular/VueJs/ReactJS)
- Version control with GIT/SVN
- Building UIs for websites/web apps
- Designing responsive websites using frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind
- Build backend APIs and services powering products that interact with Solana (or other blockchains)
- Build front-end Web3 interfaces that interact with backend code
- Participate in design discussions with business users, producers, and engineering teams
- Requirements analysis, high-level design, effort estimation for new requirements
- Write clean, concise, sustainable code
- Team player who enjoys collaborative work
Qualifications
- Strong engineering background preferably in Computer Science
- Experience architecting, developing, and testing full-stack code end-to-end
- Experience with relational & NoSQL databases
- Experience with AWS services
- Experience with PHP, unit/feature testing, and REST APIs
- Knowledge of Laravel is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Knowledge of frontend framework/library (Angular/VueJs/ReactJS)
- Experience with version control (GIT, SVN)
- Experience building UI for websites/web apps
- Experience in responsive design with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
- Bonus: building Web3 interfaces and blockchain integrations (Solana or others)
