About the role
Forward Deployed Engineer at Bemlo, an AI-native scheduling and workforce management platform for healthcare. Lead rollout projects and act as primary onboarding contact, driving product and business development with customers in Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Own implementation projects from signed contract to full rollout across the customer’s organization.
- Drive product development in close collaboration with developers and existing customers.
- Work hands-on with customers to understand their workflows, identify high-value use cases, and position Bemlo as the obvious solution.
- Develop and refine strategies for faster, smoother onboarding of new customers.
Qualifications
- Educational or professional background in engineering.
- Solution-oriented with a passion for deeply understanding niche problems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition - ideally with dreams of starting your own company in the future.
- Excited by fast-paced startup environments where you help write the playbook, not just follow it.
- Collaborative by nature, with a passion for user-centered innovation.
- Fluent in Swedish.
- Holds a valid driver's license.
- Outgoing and service-minded.
