Senior/Full-stack software engineering role at Meridian Industries (Index) focusing on building new product features, improving reliability and performance, and shaping internal processes for a modern BI dashboard platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build new product features from conception to shipping and maintenance (e.g., integrations, dark mode, UI improvements)
  • Improve reliability and performance (e.g., reduce load times)
  • Improve internal processes (e.g., dashboards for monitoring applicants)
  • Shape the future of work space and contribute to community exposure (blogs, threads, newsletters)

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as an individual contributor with modern languages/technologies such as Typescript, React, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, GraphQL
  • Bonus: experience building AI applications
  • Bonus: prior time as a senior engineer or tech lead (no management required)
