Founding Full-Stack Engineer to build Text.ai's mobile and backend; lead the development of a React Native iOS/Android app with Python backend integration, joining the founding team to ship a new AI-native consumer experience at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of the React Native app from ground zero to millions of users
- Create seamless group collaboration experiences across iOS and Android
- Build AI-native interfaces and ensure polished, high-performing experiences
- Architect mobile backend (Python) integration for real-time group AI coordination
- Implement GenAI features and scalable systems for thousands to millions of concurrent conversations
- Collaborate with design, product, and founders on strategy and roadmap
- Help shape engineering culture and practices across the team
Qualifications
- 4+ years shipping React Native apps
- Full-stack capability with backend integration experience (Python/modern web stack)
- Consumer product instincts with focus on performance and polish
- Senior ownership mindset with ability to drive decisions and outcomes
