About the role
Full Stack Engineer role at inBuild, building a state-of-the-art AI platform and contributing to product architecture and core platform features in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design and Product teams to decide on product experiments and adjustments to the AI platform
- Pair program with designers to prototype and explore new interaction models
- Implement custom native user interfaces using React and Flutter
- Optimize UI and application code for performance, quality, and maintainability
- Strategize, architect, and implement sizable product initiatives, including UI, logic, networking, and persistence components
Qualifications
- Experience with product development, preferably full-stack
- Experience leading critical projects or initiatives within a team/organization
- Worked on large, complex codebases
- Product-minded and user-driven
- Pragmatic with ability to prioritize and manage scope
- Comfortable in a startup environment with daily stand-ups and quick product validation cycles
- Willingness to learn quickly and embrace fail-fast approaches to refine code and systems
