About the role
Senior ML Engineer at Compose AI responsible for end-to-end ML/NLP projects, building unique models to advance autoregressive text interactions, personalization, and neural search. Role involves 0-to-1 product development, productionizing models, and working on core NLP/ML innovations.
Responsibilities
- Own projects from 0 to 1 as we launch new products and features
- Create unique NLP / ML models (personalized customer models, personal Q&A, neural search, etc.)
- Productionize models and bring them to production
- Collaborate on solving difficult engineering problems and document decisions
- Communicate clearly and maintain documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with ML
- Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excited about hands-on engineering and solving difficult problems
- TensorFlow, Torch
- Mathematical background
- Ability to productionize models
