Responsible for driving excellence and efficiency across all Topship services, including exports, imports, fulfillment, and e-commerce tools. Involves problem-solving, data-driven performance measurement, and product improvement.
Responsibilities
- Drive excellence and efficiency of all services - exports, imports, fulfilment, and e-commerce tools.
- Measure performance of services on the Topship platform.
- Identify and drive improvements for all products.
- Communicate with users and solve complex problems with the team.
- Report directly to the CEO and work independently.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in product operations or similar roles.
- Passion for user communication and problem-solving.
- Data-driven mindset for performance measurement and improvement.
