About the role
The CFO will oversee all financial operations, providing strategic direction to ensure the company's financial health, sustainability, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with ramani’s mission and growth objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support operational and strategic goals.
- Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency for internal stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including equity financing, debt arrangements, and investor relations, to fuel company expansion.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax requirements, and audits, in Ramani’s operating countries.
- Leverage financial data and analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiencies across the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to drive revenue growth and optimize resource allocation.
- Represent the company externally with stakeholders, including investors, banks, and other financial partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role (CFO or equivalent) at a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company.
- Experience managing investor relations and working with venture capital or private equity stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving measurable results.
- Experience scaling a company through high-growth phases is a plus.
