Responsibilities
- Leading frontend development with a focus on React and UI/UX
- Building products that scale to millions/billions of page views per day
- Creating systems and understanding how moving parts interact
- Own large parts of the product from ideation to implementation
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience
- Proficient in JavaScript for frontend (React)
- Strong Python backend skills (Flask a plus)
- Familiarity with SQL and PostgreSQL
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy for creators
- Experience at small, fast-paced startups
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and scope solutions with teammates
- Some experience with design tools like Figma
