About the role
Founding role at Saphira AI focused on architecting and delivering AI-first products, with emphasis on production-ready AI workflows, prompt engineering, and integration of AI into business-ready systems. Opportunity to work directly with founders to drive significant business value and to enhance RAG capabilities using OpenAI, LlamaIndex, and open-source Llama models.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical foundation of AI-first products and drive business outcomes.
- Interface directly with co-founders and act as an equal to shape product direction.
- Integrate AI into production codebases; hands-on prompt engineering.
- Architect AI workflows that deliver delightful customer experiences.
- Enhance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities by integrating diverse data sources.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building AI-driven workflows, agents, or applications from the ground up.
- Experience with integrating AI into production codebases.
- Hands-on prompt engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of how AI relates to business problems and customer experiences.
