About the role

Lead the design and implementation of analytics platform, manage UI, data pipelines, IoT gateway, and customer integrations, and contribute to cloud infrastructure and data-driven improvements in a hospital efficiency startup.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of major sections of our analytics platform.
  • Take ownership over our UI, data pipelines, IoT gateway management or customer integration.
  • Work with management and other teams to define product requirements and technical requirements.
  • Break down designs and architectural plans into sprints and stories with junior engineers.
  • Review colleagues' code and designs, providing constructive feedback.
  • Build scalable, cost-effective, and secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Innovate with data to enhance patient and provider experiences.
  • Build a strong engineering culture based on quality, security, and mutual respect.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Proven experience building or supporting large distributed systems.
  • Experience in architect positions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to serve as a mentor.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
