About the role
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Noloco, building end-to-end features across frontend and backend, advancing AI-powered capabilities, and shaping the product experience in a remote-first SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- - Building end-to-end features across our stack: backend services, GraphQL APIs, and React-based UI
- - Advancing the capabilities of Noloco, our AI Co-Builder, leveraging frontier models
- - Designing and improving reusable React components and design systems for the app builder
- - Scaling backend systems and APIs to handle growing customer demand
- - Collaborating with Product and Design to deliver intuitive, polished user experiences
- - Improving analytics, observability, monitoring, and alerting across the stack
- - Driving technical discussions and mentoring other engineers to raise the bar
- - Adding new components or improving existing ones to the Noloco App Builder
- - Adding more tools/logic to our AI Co-Builder for interactive use (chat, MCP)
- - Extending native data tables with new field types, UX and performance enhancements
- - Building integrations with external data sources and APIs for new workflows
- - Extending Noloco's workflows and automations to connect and automate tools
- - Owning full-stack performance: optimizing queries and frontend rendering
- - Monitoring and improving end-user experience from first click to final API call
Qualifications
- - Significant experience (4+ years) working as a full stack engineer on complex web applications
- - Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills across Node.js and React.js
- - Experience designing clean, scalable APIs (GraphQL experience a plus)
- - Experience building and improving AI powered agents, workflows and user-experiences
- - Solid understanding of frontend performance, state management, and design systems
- - A product mindset — you care about the user experience, not just shipping code
- - Comfortable working without PM overhead; you want to shape the problem, not just implement a spec
- - Experience at a startup or a company with a genuinely high engineering bar
