Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in Fintech, specifically in developing payment systems and transaction flows.
- Strong background in software architecture and security protocols.
- Leadership experience, preferably in a hands-on coding and team management role.
