About the role

Nira Medical is a national partnership of physician-led, patient-centered independent practices delivering neurological care. The Marketing Manager for the Rocky Mountain Region executes marketing strategies to drive referrals and convert prospective patients into scheduled appointments, with a focus on physician outreach, community engagement, in-office referral processing, and digital marketing to grow the patient base in Utah and Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes marketing initiatives to increase patient referrals and appointment conversion rates
  • Builds and maintains relationships with referring providers, including primary care and specialty physicians, through regular outreach and engagement efforts
  • Identifies new referral sources and opportunities for practice growth through data analysis and market research
  • Plans and coordinates community outreach events, physician networking opportunities, and educational seminars to promote the practice
  • Manages digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media content, and patient reviews responses
  • Identifies and resolves barriers to scheduling, such as insurance issues, provider availability, and patient concerns, to improve referral conversion rates
  • Tracks and analyzes referral trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance marketing and outreach strategies
  • Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required
  • 3+ years of prior sales experience required
  • Prior physician office and neurology experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and CRM tools preferred
  • Ability to multitask, analyze data, and develop marketing strategies
