About the role

Mandolin is seeking a Product Manager to own core modules of the agent platform, engage with customers to understand complex healthcare workflows, and translate insights into AI-driven solutions that are reliable, intuitive, and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product modules.
  • Partner directly with customers, clinicians, and enterprise stakeholders to uncover workflows and pain points.
  • Translate field insights into actionable requirements and a clear roadmap for Engineering and Design.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle—discovery, design, launch, and iteration—balancing speed with long-term scalability.
  • Define and track success metrics using data and customer feedback to guide prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Deployment Strategists to ensure end-to-end delivery and adoption.
  • Advocate for customer needs while aligning with Mandolin’s broader company strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management (or equivalent) in enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflows.
  • Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end—from strategy through delivery.
  • Strong technical fluency; able to engage engineers on APIs, integrations, systems tradeoffs, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills—adept at embedding with users, conducting research, and translating insights into solutions.
  • Strong communicator with relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and early-stage environments.
