Staff Product Manager, Agentic Platform
About the role
Product leadership role to build Agentic AI platforms for public sector use, focusing on national-level decisions, security and compliance, and ethical AI deployment within controlled government environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise grade AI-powered solutions for public sector customers.
- Work with Scale executives and customers to determine and execute product strategy.
- Own end-to-end product development: understand customer pain points, define requirements, manage development, testing, and launches.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, operations, marketing, go-to-market and finance.
- Develop a point of view and turn solutions into scalable software for commercialization across the industry.
- Maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
Qualifications
- Active TOP SECRET security clearance (TS/SCI eligibility preferred)
- Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in building ML-powered and/or enterprise-facing products
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in public or large-scale private sector settings
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity
- Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Data literacy and experience with data analytics
- Prior military or government experience
- Coding experience (e.g. Python)
