About the role
A position to operate robotic coffee shop, engage with customers, maintain equipment, and contribute to training development at Yummy Future, a robotics startup in food & beverage industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate our robotic coffee shop
- Talk to customers and guide them through ordering drinks
- Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing preventive maintenance
- Help build our learning and development guide for future engineering development
Qualifications
- Experience working in a coffee shop is a plus
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for technology
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain customer relationships
- Self-starter with a great attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to listen, learn and act accordingly
- Willingness to learn from mistakes to grow and enhance skills
