About the role

Resilience Lab is seeking Mental Health Therapists to provide remote psychotherapy services, focusing on client engagement, treatment planning, and outcomes monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy sessions
  • Assess clients’ needs, build trust, and explore feelings, attitudes, and behaviors
  • Help clients develop strategies for coping with issues and for making positive changes
  • Evaluate therapy sessions and outcomes via intake notes, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Undergo supervision to reflect on sessions, including transference/countertransference
  • Maintain minimum of 30 Units per month
  • Complete Resilience Lab’s onboarding program
  • Network within and outside of organization to maintain client base
  • Embody the Resilience Lab Methodology (RLM)

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required
  • Active CT state licensure required (LMSW LPC-A)
