About the role

Participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, phone interviews, or paid surveys remotely or in person, providing feedback on products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Complete written and/or oral instructions for surveys and focus groups.
  • Use products and/or services as provided and discuss experiences.
  • Participate in online or in-person discussions about products and services.

Qualifications

  • Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on desktop/laptop.
  • Must have access to high-speed internet.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Data entry experience is not necessary.
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Proficient with basic PC skills.
  • Basic English spoken and written language.
