About the role

Part-time remote customer service and data entry role involving participation in paid research through surveys and focus groups.

Responsibilities

  • Take part with work from home surveys/studies by following written and oral instructions.
  • Participate in research focus groups.
  • Each panel receives a complete written study.
  • If products or services are provided, you must actually use them.

Qualifications

  • Must have a working camera on your smart phone or a webcam on your desktop/laptop.
  • Access to reliable internet connection.
  • Capacity to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Proficient with basic PC skills.
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills.
  • Quiet working area.
  • Able to work independently.
