About the role

Part-time remote customer service and data entry role involving online data entry, email responses, product reviews, and surveys. Opportunity to influence new products, participate in product evaluations, and work independently from home.

Responsibilities

  • Perform online data entry, email responses, product reviews, and surveys.
  • Assist in online projects that influence industry trends and product development.
  • Evaluate products prior to public release and participate in online testing.

Qualifications

  • Solid outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Data entry and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective listening, analytical skills, and ability to summarize information.
  • Proficiency with computers and typing at a basic or higher level.
  • Professional, positive attitude, high self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Access to a personal computer less than 4 years old.
  • Legitimate high-speed internet access.
