About the role
Senior performance marketer responsible for scaling demand-side acquisition (paid traffic, creative, landing pages, tracking, and unit economics) to profitable bookings. Ownership of the entire acquisition engine with a goal to 10x bookings and improve ROAS.
Responsibilities
- 50% - Paid ads: Build and run structured testing roadmaps for paid channels. Scale Google and Meta ads 10x while maintaining/improving profitable ROAS. Test campaign formats, structures, creatives, channels (TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Spotify, etc.). Launch campaigns in new geographies as we expand globally.
- 20% - Creative production and iteration: Build a repeatable creative machine; test 20-30 new creatives per month; improve performance and maintain a library of winning formats.
- 20% - Conversion rate optimisation: Create hypotheses and testing roadmaps for ad landing pages to personalise acquisition journey and maximise conversions; iterate messaging and user flow based on data.
- 10% - Performance analysis and reporting: Own tracking, offline conversions data and attribution; build dashboards and automate reporting; evaluate ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, etc.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
- Scaled ad spend to $200k+ per month across multiple channels
- Demonstrated 3-5x ROAS improvements
- Acquisition experience in B2C marketplaces or local services (Airbnb, DoorDash/Deliveroo, Thumbtack, Bark, Shef, etc.)
- Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Meta and Google fundamentals and their mechanics
- Experience with landing page A/B testing
- Experience with creative testing frameworks
- High technical rigor in tracking, attribution and analytics
- Deep technical capability with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Conversion tracking & feed setup
