About the role
Senior Team Lead (STL) for AI engineering at Turing College. Lead project reviews, stand-up sessions, virtual classrooms, and community initiatives for online, English-instruction courses focused on AI engineering and data/tech education. Fully online with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Project reviews with learners; ensure preparation and timely execution; each review ~45 minutes with 15–60 minutes prep.
- Leading stand-up meetings (minimum 1 per week; ~45 minutes).
- Leading Virtual Classrooms (weekly, mentor-led study sessions; at least 2 hours in succession).
- Leading open sessions, workshops, and content improvements; contributing to community initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience in roles such as data analyst, data scientist, data engineer, web developer, or digital marketer (3+ years preferred).
- Excellent English language mastery.
- Proficiency in AI engineering topics; ability to cover at least 60% of a program (e.g., Data Analytics).
- Experience building products utilizing generative AI and integrating models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Llama).
- Strong software engineering background.
