About the role
Deploying autonomous AI systems in critical industries such as financial services and insurance, including model fine-tuning, RL, and customer deployments.
Responsibilities
- On-site deployments with customers.
- Fine-tune models, RL on customer data, run and maintain evals.
- Deploy and configure AI Agents end-to-end, from fine-tuning to on-site deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience with full-stack tools like TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres.
- Knowledge of AI fundamentals: RL, fine-tuning, agent workflows, RAG pipelines.
- Proven experience in shipped AI applications.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new services and tools.
- Impatient with execution, patient with results.
