About the role

Solutions Engineer role at Neural Concept focused on pre-sales engineering, bridging engineering credibility with strategic account advisory to drive AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Position NC as a long-term strategic partner and trusted engineering advisor across engineering teams, managers, and VPs
  • Lead structured discovery sessions to identify where NC creates the most impact, framing technically feasible and commercially grounded use cases
  • Define the AI strategy and technical roadmap for each account, translating NC's capabilities into a multi-horizon vision
  • Create and deliver compelling, client-tailored demos and presentations grounded in the client's engineering workflows
  • Create and co-own the Statement of Work with deep understanding of the technical building blocks
  • Prepare and run Steering Committees, connecting engineering challenges to strategic outcomes
  • Drive user adoption and engagement across technical users, managers, and designers
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and shape them into well-scoped proposals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, and surface client insights to Product/R&D

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows
  • Experience in a client-facing role: pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or engineering consulting
  • Professional fluency in French and English
  • Comfort creating demos and prototypes using AI-assisted tools with working knowledge of Python and modern development practices
