About the role
Sales Lead role at Promota.ai (Promota.ai is the autonomous sales engine). The position focuses on high-velocity conversion of warm inbound leads and hunting new prospects with digital agents, within a transparent 3-part hiring process known as The Gauntlet.
Responsibilities
- Convert warm inbound leads from founder network and autonomous outbound engines.
- Collaborate with digital agents to penetrate new customers.
- Refine outreach strategies and bridge between digital handshake and signed contracts.
- Build out scalable sales pipeline and close a large pipeline of warm leads.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in sales (preferred).
- Experience scaling or closing sales at YC/VC-backed startups (preferred).
- Ability to handle high-velocity sales in potentially/unsexy industries with sophistication.
