About the role

Macadamia builds AI agents to automate complex engineering work for industrial EPC teams. The role leads GTM from scratch, owning pipeline generation end-to-end and working directly with the founders.

Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers
  • Book and qualify sales calls
  • Build lead lists and prospect into EPC companies
  • Run cold email + LinkedIn campaigns
  • Set up and maintain CRM + pipeline hygiene
  • Build automations to scale outreach
  • Run growth experiments (conferences, ads, partnerships)
  • Improve website messaging based on market feedback

Qualifications

  • Must-Have Skills: You love talking to people, you’ve done B2B outbound, built pipelines, and managed CRMs.
  • Nice-to-Have: experience in the EPC Industry, experience with AI automation.
  • Experience Level: You’ve done GTM at a seed-stage startup.
