About the role

Senior Proposal Solutions Architect to lead technical development and writing of competitive Federal proposals for DoD and Federal Civilian customers. Focus on hands-on proposal content creation and solutioning for Federal capture initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Write, lead, and develop technical content for Federal and DoD proposal responses.
  • Produce RFP/RFI responses, technical volumes, white papers, solution narratives, CONOPS, and other capture deliverables.
  • Translate customer requirements into compliant, compelling, and differentiated technical solutions.
  • Lead technical solution development from early capture through submission.
  • Participate in Pink/Red Team reviews and incorporate feedback.
  • Develop AI, data, cloud, and emerging technology solutions aligned with Federal mission needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, Proposal teams, SMEs, and leadership.
  • Support customer discussions, solutioning sessions, Industry Days, and oral presentations.

Qualifications

  • Hands-On Federal Proposal Development Experience: personally authoring or leading technical proposal content; producing RFP/RFI responses, Technical volumes, White papers, Solution narratives, CONOPS; drive technical solution from requirements through submission.
  • Federal Solution Experience: developing or architecting AI, advanced analytics, data, or cloud solutions for Federal or DoD customers; translate capabilities into mission-focused solutions and persuasive content.
  • Critical Qualification: must have personally developed and written Federal proposal deliverables; experience limited to sales support or engineering without owning proposal content is not sufficient.
