About the role

Accenture Construct is hiring a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end projects in data centers, grid, rail, factories and public infrastructure, integrating technical activities, managing teams, and ensuring programs land on time with client impact. Onsite role with flexibility for in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and direct detailed project plans, integrating technical activities to achieve strategic goals.
  • Present and explain complex proposals, reports, and findings to client stakeholders.
  • Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering their professional development and competence.
  • Analyze technology trends, resource availability, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications and procedures.
  • Review, negotiate, and recommend contracts and cost estimates for approval.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility to execution and integration.
  • Translate technical concepts and project updates for diverse audiences, including clients and internal staff.
  • Manage resource allocation and team performance to align with project objectives and market opportunities.
  • Ensure project alignment with business objectives through continuous assessment of technical needs and market conditions.
  • Onsite at client site to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships.
  • Some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
