About the role

Senior Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide responsible for onboarding new customers, enabling rapid adoption of Fieldguide’s audit-focused platform, and coordinating cross-functional teams to maximize customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Build trust with customers through regular engagement across all implementation phases.
  • Guide growth by creating and executing a plan to achieve the customer’s Fieldguide goals and conducting regular onboarding reviews.
  • Build champions and expand Fieldguide knowledge within customer organizations.
  • Advocate for the customer by interfacing with Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other teams to shape roadmap and onboarding iterations.
  • Mitigate risks by identifying potential issues and developing action plans.
  • Measure and document progress by capturing case studies, new use cases, and success metrics; track adoption progress and value realization.

Qualifications

  • Deep industry knowledge with at least 2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance.
  • Hands-on experience with 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar roles at top management consulting firms (preferred) or high-growth startups.
  • Strong consulting skills with a track record of delivering business value as a trusted advisor.
  • Project management proficiency with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects with minimal oversight.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence change across customers and internal teams.
  • Bias toward action and ownership of end-to-end projects.
