About the role
AI-native automated testing platform founded in San Francisco, building a high-impact quality platform with state-of-the-art agents. Lean team crafting end-to-end solutions across the stack, with autonomy and ownership in a hands-on, in-person role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own components across the stack for an AI-native automated testing platform
- Apply LLMs to real-world applications, including performance tuning, prompt engineering, and context management
- Build, evaluate, observe, and improve LLM-based systems and pipelines
- Collaborate closely with product and infrastructure to ship high-quality code with minimal meetings
- Project manage and own multiple details of the work to shipping code and product features
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with LLM performance tuning, including prompt engineering and context management strategies
- Experience with LLM evaluations and observability
- Experience integrating LLMs into real-world applications using a modern tech stack (Python, TypeScript, etc.)
- Familiarity with supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and/or reinforcement learning fine tuning (RLFT) on platforms such as fireworks, Together AI, or Baseten
- Familiarity with evaluation dataset engineering, prompt engineering, LLM as a judge verifiers, and RL environments
