Responsibilities

  • Absorb knowledge from experienced managers about running a retail operation.
  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in achieving sales targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Serve as the primary contact in the Store Manager’s absence.
