Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous fashion retail experience is a plus
  • Confident in personal style and able to give flattering advice
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage customer needs
  • Attention to detail; able to spot issues like loose threads
  • Proficiency with POS system and basic computer tasks
  • Team-oriented with positive, energetic attitude
  • Strong sales skills with ability to meet targets
  • Willingness to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
