  • Help customers find the perfect outfit, offering honest feedback that's helpful and friendly.
  • Build a loyal customer base by getting to know their likes, dislikes, and style goals.
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities to boost sales and keep customers looking fresh.
  • Know products inside and out, from fabrics to fit, to answer questions like a pro.
  • Make the store visually appealing by setting up displays and keeping appearances on point.
  • Team up with the visual merchandising crew to ensure the store stays sharp and on-brand.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous fashion retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong personal style and confidence in giving fashion advice.
  • Knowledge of body types and ability to provide flattering styling recommendations.
  • Ability to stand and move racks/boxes; physically capable for hustle.
