Seasonal Stylist role in Buck Mason’s SoHo store focused on delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with purchases, and maintaining a sharp store appearance.
Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized styling tips.
- Product Expert: Stay ahead of fashion trends and know our products inside and out.
- Sales Star: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
- Store Upkeep: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- 0+ years of experience in the retail or service industry
- Charming and able to make customers feel like VIPs
- Knack for personal style
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle customer needs
- Attention to detail
- Able to operate a POS system and handle basic computer tasks
- Team player with positive, fun attitude
- Sales skills capable of meeting targets
- Ability to work a variable schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
