About the role

Business Pro role within Apple Retail focused on developing and growing relationships with high-potential business customers, driving business solutions using Apple and third-party products, and mentoring the team to integrate business within Apple Retail culture.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and engage business customers by showcasing our technology and demonstrating how Apple and third-party products can enhance their businesses.
  • Proactively engage with Apple Retail Business customers, understand their needs, identify ownership opportunities, present products and services, and educate on relevant ways to buy.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on business solutions and mentor the team on business customer needs and solutions.
  • Collaborate in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events by identifying and recommending unique offerings to fit customers’ business needs.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to transition accounts in line with account engagement strategy to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Strategize, plan, and forecast business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management using CRM and other tools.
  • Maintain knowledge of Retail Business programs and offerings to ensure policy compliance.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in the line of business.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Extensive business solutions experience with Apple products and services.
  • Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
