About the role
Lumari is building autonomous AI agents for supply chain procurement and execution. The role targets ex-founders who have shipped products, closed deals, and can build from the ground up. Early-stage, founder DNA culture with rapid impact and ownership across product, engineering, operations, and GTM.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate cross-functional initiatives related to supply chain procurement and execution
- Ship product features and processes that enable autonomous AI agents in procurement workflows
- Drive GTM and operational strategies to accelerate company growth
- Collaborate with founders and leadership to shape product, culture, and company direction
Qualifications
- Experience as a founder or founder-like mindset with a track record of shipping products
- Ability to operate with incomplete information and make decisions quickly
- Willingness to take ownership across product, eng, ops, and GTM
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
