About the role

Apple Retail Genius providing extensive troubleshooting, repair services, and exceptional customer experience. Educates customers on repair options and Apple offerings, mentors team members, and supports leadership in resolving escalations while fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
  • Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs, presenting product and service recommendations, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy.
  • Educate customers about repair options and Apple offerings.
  • Repair all Apple products serviced in the store.
  • Mentor and model exceptional service for Genius Bar team members; educate and mentor team members.
  • Identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple with team leaders; support escalation resolution.
  • Use knowledge of hardware and software components to identify root causes and educate others.
  • Support leadership in timely resolution to customer escalations.
  • Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Ability to visually inspect hardware and perform repairs with fine motor skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in the local language (written and spoken).
