About the role

Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact security initiatives within Apple Information Security (AIS) PMO, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and risks, and communicating program status to partners. Partners with key customers to align objectives with AIS strategy and measures program outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale security programs and multiple tracks of work from planning to execution.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery of multi-functional initiatives.
  • Communicate program status regularly to partners and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineering managers, software developers, and other multi-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Negotiate and assemble plans, secure commitments, and resolve blocking issues.
  • Drive continuous improvements and measure success of program outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs (software development, infrastructure or cloud)
  • Experience lifecycle management of programs (planning to execution) and continuous improvement
  • Experience in matrix environments with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives, dependencies, and blocking issues
  • Proficiency with Jira, Wrike or equivalent tools
  • Strong problem solving, communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with information security domains and security fundamentals
  • Knowledge of security architecture and secure design principles
  • Experience with data engineering programs related to Data Pipelines
  • CISSP and related security certifications
  • Agile certification (plus)
  • PMP certification (plus)
  • Experience with Apple tools (Keynote, Pages, Numbers) or equivalents
