About the role

Dynamic Program Manager role within Apple’s Retail Finance PART (Process, Analytics, Reporting and Technology) team. Partners with finance, operations, strategy, analytics and IT to drive optimization through process, data and technology solutions and to support the Retail and Retail Finance roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic programs while executing tactical project-level activities.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver large-scale, cross-functional systems projects with knowledge of implementation lifecycles and enterprise-scale systems.
  • Bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating problems into clear product requirements and feature specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of an organization (written and verbal).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced environments, proactively addressing risks and gaps.
  • Inspire and lead teams (with or without direct reports) and influence IT strategy and solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program and/or portfolio management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic programs with tactical project activities.
  • Experience planning, managing, and delivering large-scale, cross-functional systems projects, with knowledge of systems implementation and enterprise-scale systems.
  • Ability to translate business problems into product requirements and feature specifications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organization, collaboration, cross-functional abilities, and attention to detail to identify risks and gaps.
  • Natural leader with the ability to motivate teams and influence without authority; technical acumen to work with IT.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial modeling.
  • MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus.
  • Experience in finance, internal tools or SAP is desirable.
