About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for customers on Apple hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple products.
  • Stay up to date on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support efficient repairs.
  • Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services; present product and service recommendations.
  • Demonstrate care and empathy in addressing customer issues using all available tools.
  • Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple.
  • Offer excellent service by understanding customer needs and guiding purchases where appropriate.
  • Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor as needed.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and uphold Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store; reliable attendance as scheduled.
