About the role

AI engineer on the CRAFT (Capabilities, Routing, Adaptation & Fine-Tuning) team focused on turning research into production-ready tools and products, including agent evaluation and continuous improvement, with end-to-end ownership from UX to backend services and model integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Bring research into production and build products across the roadmap (tools for agent evaluation and continuous improvement).
  • Own features from user experience through backend services and model integrations.
  • Turn research in post-training and model evaluation into customer-facing products that help understand and improve models.
  • Define problems, make practical tradeoffs, and deliver products in an evolving space.
  • Collaborate with researchers and customers to translate research methods into intuitive workflows and delightful user experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of industry software engineering experience with shipping production applications.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals (system design, testing, debugging, production operations).
  • Strong product judgment and ability to work through ambiguous requirements and deliver usable solutions.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or AI agents, including tool use and multi-step workflows.
