About the role

Founding Product Director for IrisGo, leading product definition and execution in the 0-to-1 phase to prove AI PC differentiation and intent orchestration across hardware-software with Acer and future OEMs.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Category: articulate the 'Intent Orchestration' roadmap.
  • Build the Ecosystem: strategy for open-source community and the 'Delivery Layer'.
  • OEM Stewardship: primary product partner for Acer and future OEMs.
  • Ship the Butlers: lead end-to-end development of first three flagship apps; write specs and success metrics.
  • Hardware-Software Synthesis: collaborate with ML engineers on edge computing constraints to convert into product advantages.
  • Iterative Loop: build feedback systems from millions of Acer users to refine the product.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Product Management with at least 3 years in an early-stage leadership role (Seed/Series A).
  • Experience building a product team from scratch.
  • Technical depth in AI: understanding cloud-based LLMs vs edge-based NPUs.
  • Agentic intuition about the future of Agentic UX and integrated intelligence.
  • Distribution mindset: design products with immediate value for users pre-installed on devices.
  • Strong communication skills to explain hardware-forward concepts to non-technical audiences.
