Fast-Track to retail management at Buck Mason. Full-time on-site role supporting the Store Manager and preparing to lead a store.

Responsibilities

  • Absorb knowledge from experienced managers about running a retail operation.
  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing store staff and build your own future team.
  • Dive into sales data, analyze performance, and help achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory levels, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Serve as the primary contact in the Store Manager’s absence to ensure seamless operations.
